I work closely with you in-person or virtually optimizing form and technique with in-depth feedback and program adjustments. It’s all about you and a focused tailored approach to reaching your fitness goals effectively.

PROGRAM DESIGN AND REVIEW

Are you disciplined and motivated to work out on your own but need the guidelines of a well structured and customized program that meets your individual needs and goals? Meet and review weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly. You decide how often you need a “check-in” to change your routine up.

Progressive overload training involves gradually increasing the intensity or difficulty of workouts over time. The goal is to maximize results by regularly challenging the body. So be sure to book in regularly to change things up, ensure proper understanding of form, technique and alignment.
