I’m Susan Stuart, Medical Exercise Specialist and founder of Balance Fitness Solutions.

I work privately with women 50+ at all stages, whether you’re looking to build strength, improve balance, move better or simply to feel more confident in your body.

My approach is thoughtful and informed by a deeper understanding of how the body changes with age. We focus on strength, balance, and moving well for real life.

I offer private 1:1 training, along with partner sessions and small groups of three for women who prefer a shared experience.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you ready to move your body to improve your daily activities and sport?

We start slow with a focus on functional resistance training for muscle growth and retention. Your fitness plan will include strength, aerobic, endurance, balance, flexibility, and coordination exercises. Train in the gym 1-5 times per week.

YOGA

Feeling overwhelmed in a confusing world?

Let’s find some peace and restoration on our mats together to slow down the mind with gentle poses and breath work. Wherever you are on the journey, yoga sessions will include staying in the moment as we breathe into your practice to benefit from the inside out.

CUSTOM PROGRAMS
