Weight training has taught me that no matter what age you are, you can have the level of fitness you want if you’re willing to work hard and be consistent. I started lifting weights in my 20’s, I feel fitter and stronger than ever today! I’m 56 and see amazing changes in myself every week. Now’s our time!
