Enjoy the many benefits of a regular yoga practice with an experienced Certified Teacher. Private virtual an in person 1-on-1, semi-private or in small group classes. Susan will guide you through movements to improve balance, mobility and wellness. Chair Yoga and modified poses are an option for those with health and medical challenges.
