Private virtual and in person 1-on-1, semi-private and small group classes.  Alll optimizing form and technique with continuous feedback and program adjustments tailored to meet your fitness goals and health needs. Depending on your schedule workout 1 to 3 times per week.

We offer:

  • A free consultation to meet and determine your fitness needs and goals  

  • 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions depending on your goals and schedule

  • A variety of different training methodologies including cardiovascular conditioning, improve and restore balance & flexibility, build muscle strength, functional training specific to your sport or work, pre/post rehab exercises to work with a variety of health conditions, develop mental focus to improve & maintain long-term injury prevention
